Owens’ visit to the St. Luke healthcare  campus in Oswego included stops at Bishop’s Commons, St. Luke Health  Services and Little Lukes Childcare Center, to talk with staff about  federal healthcare issues and to meet residents and family.St. Luke Health Services welcomed Representative Bill Owens (23rd Congressional District) to their healthcare campus in Oswego to discuss federal healthcare issues and to give Rep. Owens the opportunity to visit St. Luke, Bishop’s Commons Assistive Living Residence and Little Lukes Childcare Center.
