County Legislators Honor Munger

The Oswego County Legislature’s Community and Consumer Affairs  Committee presented Teresa Munger with a certificate of appreciation for  her 15 years of service. Munger is a secretary for the Oswego County  Board of Elections. Pictured from left are Mark Fruce, District 24;  Terry Wilbur, District 21; Committee Vice Chairwoman Mary Flett,  District 17; Republican Election Commissioner Don Wart; Committee  Chairman Robert Hayes, Sr.; Munger; Democratic Election Commissioner  Dick Atkins; James Karasek, District 22; and Louella LeClair, District  25. Atom Avery (Center) of Entergy  recieves his graduation  certificate at the Leadership Oswego County Class of 2010 graduation on  June 3rd, as Executive Director of the SUNY Oswego Office of Business  and Community Relations, Nancy Bellow annouces his name and is presented  the certificate by Assistant Director of the SUNY Oswego Center of  Business and Community Relations, Jeff Grimshaw. SUNY Oswego’s Leadership Oswego County, a program of the Office of Business and Community Relations is starting recruitment for the class of 2011.
