Sunrise Rotary Lends a Hand to Salvation Army

At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary Club Meeting,  Salvation Army Captain Kevin Brennan was presented with a donation to help supplement their Christmas giving for families in need.  Also pictured is Sunrise Rotary President, Peggy Donnelly. APW Students Take a 300-mile Journey to Help Others

Altmar Elementary School Rebel Club students Jeramiah Bice, left, and Allisyn Scott work together to cut zebra print material to size for homemade winter scarves. The winter scarves were for a community outreach project that was coordinated by APW Rebel Club programs at both Altmar Elementary School and Parish Elementary School for the Gilboa-Conesville School District. This small rural school district, located in the Catskill Mountains, was devastated by a flood just prior to the start of school.With winter weather quickly approaching, Penoyer decided to have Rebel Club students make homemade winter scarves for the nearly 200 Gilboa-Conesville students in universal pre-kindergarten through grade six.

Oswego County Board Of Realtors Supports OCO’s PATH Program

PATH provides homeless youth with transitional independent living services and assistance to help them become contributing members of society. BOCES Students Spread Holiday Cheer to Local Seniors

Oswego County BOCES (OCB) students spread holiday cheer to Fulton residents recently. Two classes from the Fourth Street School took a field trip to the Towpath Towers senior apartment complex to sing a few Christmas Carols to the residents. Joining the performance, much to the students' surprise, was a visit from Santa Claus. The students were invited to stay after their performance to visit with the residents and also try their luck at a few games of BINGO. Santa Claus and OCB student Alex Brown, above, were partners for BINGO and took home bragging rights after winning an astonishing three games.Two classes from the Fourth Street School took a field trip to the Towpath Towers senior apartment complex to sing a few Christmas Carols to the residents.
