UPDATE: Victim identified. The investigation has revealed a 2003 Honda motorcycle was being operated in a westerly direction on County Route 85 when the motorcycle left the roadway and overturned before coming to rest north of the roadway.

On Wednesday, State Police stopped a vehicle traveling north on State Route 690 in the town of Lysander for a traffic violation. Troopers found that the driver, Andrew D. Wooding, 32, of Central Square, and the passenger, Samantha P. Vescio, 28, of Fulton were both allegedly in possession of heroin and hypodermic needles.
On Wednesday (April 13), at approximately 5:18 p.m., State Police were dispatched to a one-car motor vehicle accident on County Route 54 near State Route 264 in the town of Schroeppel.
