The Common Council sailed through a short agenda this week. The only ripple was a 5-2 vote on one resolution regarding a capacity evaluation of the West Side Waste Water Treatment Plant. The majority’s choice will cost the city $30,000. The next lowest bid was about $14,000 – for nearly the same thing.
