Medical Examiner Details Injuries To Fulton Toddler, Rules Homicide

A week ago today, a 15-month-old Fulton boy was reportedly ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…â€œlaughing and playing and healthy and fineÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‚Â when Jay Barboni picked him up from the baby sitterÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s home. Just more than three hours later, the toddler was dead. A report from the Onondaga County Chief Medical Examiner, who ruled the death a homicide, details multiple injuries that the child reportedly sustained during that three-hour span.

Parolee Charged With Sexual Abuse, Endangerment

A local parolee was arrested Tuesday in connection with allegations that he had sexual contact with a child in the presence of another. Kevin T. Green, 35, of Russell Road, building # 310, Fulton, is now facing charges of first-degree sex abuse, a class-D felony, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He is being held at the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail.
