World Trade Center Attack Survivor, Alumnus, Father of Graduate To Deliver Commencement Eve Keynote Address

John McLoughlin, a Port Authority Police Department sergeant who overcame being trapped beneath the rubble of the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001, and who is a 1975 SUNY Oswego graduate, will return to campus to serve as the keynote speaker at the 2019 Commencement Eve Torchlight Dinner and Ceremony on May 17.
