The ongoing saga that is the demolition of the former Nestle factory in Fulton is nearing completion. Fulton Mayor Ronald Woodward Sr. said Rowlee Construction will continue work on the site with a legislative grant from Senator Patty Ritchie funneled through the DEC.

A Mexico man has been charged in connection with the candy tampering incident on Halloween. At 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 3, sheriff’s deputies charged Jeffrey C. Beardslee, 58, of 26 S. Jefferson St., Mexico, with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor.
