Today we look back on the ’91 International, the race that made Joe Gosek just the second Oswego native to capture the prestigious 200 crown.

Mexico’s Mike Barnes literally showed the fast way around Oswego Speedway on C’s Beverage-Days Inn/Travelodge night on Saturday, August 11.

The 1988 Speedway season proved to be a banner year for the driver of the Miller American No. 02.  Bellinger went on to narrowly claim his only Oswego Speedway track championship in ’88, by just 25 points over Mike Ordway, with three regular season feature wins.
