The next stop for the Oswego boys’ varsity volleyball team is the Class A Section III Championship matchup.
On Wednesday night the top seeded OHS Bucs scored a three-game sweep of fourth seeded Fayetteville-Manlius.
The Oswego High School Lady Bucs varsity volleyball team advanced to the Section III Class A Tournament semifinal round with a 3-1 win over Liverpool at Powers Gymnasium on Tuesday night. The Bucs, seeded fourth in post season play, faced off against the number five Liverpool Warriors.
The second-ranked Oswego State men’s ice hockey team recorded five power-play goals en route to defeating Cortland, 6-0, to open conference play Friday night at Alumni Arena.
The Oswego State women’s ice hockey team struggled in the special teams category against Adrian College, as it failed to score on its six power play opportunities while allowing two power-play goals in a 3-0 loss to the Bulldogs on Friday night at the Campus Center Ice Arena.
