Oswego Girls Close Out Solid Cross Country Season
The Oswego girl’s cross country team, closed out its successful 2008 dual meet season Wednesday, losing to the strong visiting Lady Redhawks of Central Square, by the score of 21-39. With the loss, Oswego finishes with a fine league record of 3-3, in a very competitive CNYCL American conference.

Lady Bucs Volleyball Plays Well, Wins Silver Bracket
Oswego traveled to the Southern Tier and after splitting sets all day won the Silver Medal play-off bracket over Windsor 25-11. Middle hitter Vanessa Sheffield (29 kills, 2 aces, 7 pt.blks.) was named to the All Tournament team for her play on the day.

With every girl running a season or personal best, the Oswego girls’ cross country team, turned in an outstanding performance Saturday, at the 18th Annual East Syracuse-Minoa Cross Country Invitational.
