William P. Deibel IIUPDATED May 27: A man was taken into custody early May 26 after holding police at bay with a rifle overnight. William P. Deibel II, 27, of 25 Cedarwood Drive, Oswego, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon (Class A misdemeanor). He was released on bail.
