The Oswego County Legislature’s Community and Consumer Affairs Committee presents Debra Mullenax with a certificate of appreciation for her 25 years of service to the county. Mullenax is a real property data coordinator in the Oswego County Real Property Tax Office.

The chairman of the county legislature honors the members who aren’t returning in the new year. They all served their constituents to the best of the ability, he noted. At least one has indicated he might run for office again.
