Alan Jones is facing a charge of murder in the death of his stepsister, 11 year old Erin Maxwell, in their Palermo home. Here are our first photos from a stakeout at the State Police barracks in Fulton, as Jones and Erin’s parents are led out in handcuffs to face charges.
The two county officials make statements to the committee in regards to the death of Erin Maxwell. The county has taken three specific actions that will soon lead to the release of more information about Erin’s case, as well as a full independent review of DSS’s involvement with Erin, the County Administrator said.
The recent influx of cats, and several other animals, from one site in Palermo has severely over-taxed the organization’s resources. Donations of cash, cat box filler or food would be appreciated.
