Revised Tax Bills For Residents In APW District
Residents of the Altmar-Parish-Williamstown School District began receiving their School Tax bills in the mail recently and as was anticipated and communicated to residents, there was a noteworthy increase in taxes. However, the 2008 tax bills for residents in the district were incorrect.
Harmony Riders Association of Parish will hold a fund-raiser for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital on June 28. A pig roast dinner will be held at 6 p.m. to raise additional funds. All funds raised will help St. Jude in its ongoing fight against childhood cancer and other catastrophic diseases, organizers said.
