Legislature Marks Literacy Month

The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee proclaimed September as Literacy Month in Oswego County and recognized the efforts of Literacy Volunteers, a community-based organization that provides tutoring in basic reading skills. Heavy Rain Traps Fishermen, Floods Roads
