The Oswego Speedway Squirts season long quest to reach the NYSAHA State Championship Tournament was fulfilled this past weekend with a 1st place finish at the Central NY Sectionals Tournament in Auburn, NY.
Quirk’s Players presents “The Sound of Music” tonight, Friday and Saturday at G. Ray Bodley High School. Curtain time is 7:30 p.m. each evening. There’s also a 2:00 p.m. Saturday matinee.

The Oswego School Board spent considerable time Tuesday night debating a confidentiality resolution. However, the board decided to withdraw the resolution instead of acting on it. Board member Fran Hoefer said he wanted the resolution to be approved, so he could challenge it in court.
