DuFore’s has donated a ladies’ diamond ring valued at $1,200, which will be used for a drawing in support of the United Way’s Annual Campaign. The diamond ring is currently on display at DuFore’s. The drawing will be held at 11 a.m. on December 24 at DuFore’s.

Sandy Creek senior soccer player Kylie Hanni was named a Section III Class C All-Star for the third year in a row. Hanni has played on the Sandy Creek girls’ Varsity Soccer team since eighth grade and has served as one of the captains of the team since tenth grade.
Helen M. Bacon, 95, a resident of Meadowbrook Manor passed away on Wednesday November 6, 2013, at Oswego Hospital.
On Monday, a group of nearly sixty representatives from Brewerton and Fulton Speedway Modified and Sportsman race teams filled the Radisson Ale House for a planning meeting with track owner John Wight and Track Marketing Director, Cory Reed. Wight and Reed laid out their plans for 2014 for both Brewerton and Fulton and provided thoughts for further discussion.
