On May 13, at approximately 9:20 p.m., State Police in Pulaski responded to a call of person with a gunshot wound at a residence, 3510 County Route 22 in the town of Orwell. When troopers arrived they discovered William A. Willson, 57, from 106 Park Drive in Rome, with a gunshot wound to the buttocks.

NY Sea Grant Educator Receives Distinguished Scientist Award
New York Sea Grant Coastal Education Specialist Helen Domske has received the 2016 Distinguished Scientist award from the Western New York Science Congress. She was bestowed the honor at the WNY Regional Science and Engineering Fair 2016 Awards Ceremony in early May.
