Oswego County Administrator Philip Church was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the New York State Association of Counties at the association’s annual meeting in Onondaga County last week. “County Administrator Church is an experienced and thoughtful county leader, and we are fortunate to have his expertise on the NYSAC Board of Directors,” said NYSAC President MaryEllen Odell.

The Greater Pulaski Community Endowment Fund launched its annual fundraising campaign this fall with a goal of reaching and surpassing $15,000 in donations.
