Commercial Fire Shuts Down State Route 481 in Fulton

Crews are on scene battling a commercial fire at the Prime Auto used car dealership in Fulton at 807 South First Street. Located at the southern entrance to the city, State Route 481 has been shut down to all traffic in the area. Local police are on scene detouring vehicles off of State Route 481 at the southern entrance to the city and around the fire from the north end on Fay Street. Travelers are advised to avoid the area.

Youth Bureau Accepts Grant Applications for Youth Development Projects

The Oswego City-County Youth Bureau expects to receive limited funding for youth development programs in 2018. Not-for-profit organizations have until Friday, Oct. 13, to apply for the grant funds, which are allocated through the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau and the New York State Office of Children and Family Services.
