The Oswego County Board of Elections reminds residents that the last date that new voter registrations can be filed in person is Friday, Oct. 8. New registrations sent in the mail must be postmarked by Oct. 8 and received by Oct. 13.

Fulton Rotarians Meet Their Exchange Student

The Fulton Rotary Club and the Fulton Sunrise Rotary Club are sponsoring an Exchange student from Taipei, Taiwan for the 2010-2011 school year. Szu-Yu Fu (Katelyn) is shown on her arrival in Syracuse in August being greeted by Rotarians Judy Young and Mike Schroeder, her Host parents Alan and Marcia Warren and Stephanie and Helger from Germany.  Stephanie was an Exchange student who stayed with the Warrens 10 years ago and was visiting the Warrens with her brother.  Katelyn is a very friendly young lady and has already joined the Swim Team at G. Ray Bodley High School.  Rotary is looking for two more host families for Katelyn for approximately 3 months, starting mid December and March 2011.  Anyone interested can call Judy Young  593-1888 or Mike Schroeder 593-2353The Fulton Rotary Club and the Fulton Sunrise Rotary Club are sponsoring an Exchange student from Taipei, Taiwan for the 2010-2011 school year. Buc JV Soccer Team Holds Fajita Grill Fundraiser

On Monday, October 4th, Fajita Grill in Oswego will host a fundraising night to support the Oswego High School boy’s junior varsity soccer team.  10% of all items sold from 5:00 until 9:00 PM will be donated to the team to purchase new warm up suits.  The JV team can be seen in action playing Liverpool beginning at 4:30 PM at the Benajmin Field Complex before the fundraiser.
