Community Yard Sale To Benefit United Way Of Oswego County

A Community Yard Sale to benefit United Way of Oswego County programs is scheduled to take place Saturday, August 26, from 9am-1pm, rain or shine. The yard sale, located at 7263 State Route 104, will be organized and hosted by volunteers who are Constellation employees at Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant. Bargain finders will be able to browse and purchase a wide variety of slightly used merchandise while knowing their money will support several non-profit agencies across Oswego County.

Senior Camp Retreat At Camp Hollis – Tuesday, September 12

The county is celebrating 31 years of Senior Camp.  Geared especially for residents 50 years and older, this year’s theme is “Through The Years.”  With this theme, we will showcase important events and historical people in Oswego County.

Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) is a common respiratory virus that typically causes mild, cold-like symptoms. Infants and older adults are at increased risk for serious illness and complications from RSV.

In 2024 New York State Parks will be celebrating 100 years of providing outstanding recreational and cultural experiences to state residents and visitors from throughout the world. The Park Police will play a critical role in the year-long Centennial celebration as they continue to serve visitors and offer the safest beaches, trails, golf courses, pools, picnic areas, and entertainment venues in the nation.
