Fulton Rotary Meets Two Outstanding Seniors

Each month, the Fulton Rotary Club, invites two outstanding seniors from G. Ray Bodley High School to join them at lunch and share the students career and vocational plans. Katelyn Holbrook, left, this year's senior class president, and Mark Bailey, right, who has starred in sports, especially soccer, were the guest. Katelyn is a member of the Student Senate, Spanish Club, National Honor Society, Model United Nations and has served her class as president for four years. Katelyn plans on attending Smith College after graduation. Both students are active in numerous community groups and often serve as volunteers. Mark has been active in sports, the Math Club, Science Club, the Outdoor Adventure Club and Oswego County Youth League. Mark will attend SUNY ESF and study Environmental Engineering after graduation. Rotarian Judy Young is presenting each student with a Certificate of Achievement in the above photo.Each month, the Fulton Rotary Club, invites two outstanding seniors from G. Ray Bodley High School to join them at lunch and share the students career and vocational plans.

Novelis Assists In Reinforcing Riley’s PBIS Program

Students gathered to say “Thank You” to the Novelis “Cans for Community Committee’ and the generous donations to the Riley Elementary PBIS program. In front are Estie Proano, Alana White, Joseph Reeves, Emily Powers, Teagan Ross, Mikayla Nadzadi and Kenny Tombilillo. In back are Ryan Tamayo of Novelis, Nick Hanna, Trevor Fidler, Amanda Cali, Cameron Smith, Student Council Advisor Karen Burke, Joseph Powers and Superintendent of Schools Bill Crist.

Representatives of every grade level at the Charles E. Riley Elementary School said a big “Thank You” to Novelis. Recently students and staff of the eastside Oswego elementary school expressed their gratitude to Novelis “Cans for the Community Committee” for its tremendous support.
