Oswego County Legislature Chairman Barry Leemann (District 4, Amboy) today announced appointments to the County Legislature’s standing committees for 2011. The seven committees oversee departments of county government and make budgetary and policy recommendations to the full Legislature.

At its meeting Monday night, the Common Council approved a proposed change of zone for certain property located in the Seventh Ward from an R-4 Residential District to an R-2 Residential District, as per a request by several residents of Pond Path.
