Testimony Continues In Pauldine Case
Anthony M. Pauldine’s trial entered its second day Tuesday with continued testimony from the alleged victim. Another teen-aged foreign exchange student, also hosted by the Pauldines last year, also testified as well as the local volunteer coordinator the program.

Newcomer And Incumbent Win Oswego School Board Seats
Kathleen Allen was the top unofficial vote getter, followed by incumbent Jim Tschudy. The Oswego City School District’s budget was also approved by the voters Tuesday night.

Budgets: Fulton Fails; Hannibal, Oswego Passes
A school budget for the 2010- 2011 school year fell by 8 votes in Fulton but passed by nearly 100 votes in Hannibal and by almost 300 votes in Oswego.
Fulton’s budget fell 595-587, a turnout that Superintendent of Schools Bill Lynch said was “not a high turnout, but a good turnout.” In Hannibal, the budget passed 528 – 435.
