Speakers Oppose PILOT Plan
All four of the speakers Tuesday night urged school district officials to put the nuclear power plant back on the tax rolls. Everyone, they said, should pay their fair share.

Kathleen Allen was the top unofficial vote getter, followed by incumbent Jim Tschudy. The Oswego City School District’s budget was also approved by the voters Tuesday night.
Fulton’s budget fell 595-587, a turnout that Superintendent of Schools Bill Lynch said was “not a high turnout, but a good turnout.” In Hannibal, the budget passed 528 – 435.
