Springside at Seneca Hill, The Reservoir Inn, and, Mitchell Printing & Mailing were recognized Thursday at the chamber’s annual small business awards ceremony held at Thunder Island Oasis in Fulton.
At approximately 4:03 p.m. Thursday, members of the Oswego City Police Department, assisted by the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, arrested Lyle L.
