Well known for welcoming visitors to the city of Oswego, the O’Mara Tourist Center would like to open its doors to area youth who would like to experience some of the history that the center has to offer.
The O’Mara Tourist Center on Route 104 West in Oswego recently received a donation of two picnic tables courtesy of the Empire State Carpenters Apprenticeship Training Center.
One of his possible first tasks could be finding a buyer for the Education Center. The issue is likely to be a major topic at the December board of education meeting.
