The honorary head pin for Oswego County Opportunities’ upcoming Bowl-A-Fun, the Pink Guardian Angel, uncovered one of the many benefits that OCO’s Youth Services provides when it visited members of OCO’s OPTIONS program.

The Fulton area enjoyed a sunny and dry St. Patrick’s Day.
The organization celebrated its milestone Tuesday afternoon at the Senior Dinning and Activities Center in the Fulton Municipal Building. It is looking forward to another 45 years of ‘building partnerships that improve the quality of life and create successful communities.’
Fulton’s monthly rainfall total inched up to 2.55 inches. Another 0.03-inch fell early one March 14. There was no more snowfall, however.

Executive Director of the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County, Karrie Damm has announced that Nicole Raymond has joined the staff as a victim advocate.
