Civil War Hero Exhibit Set At Marine Museum

The H Lee White Marine Museum, located in Oswego’s “Historic Maritime District,” is pleased to announce “Stargazers Night,” which was rained out last week, has been rescheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 29.

On July 31, the H. Lee White Marine Museum and the Oswego Maritime Foundation are hosting a celebration of the New York State Canal System and the birthday of George Goble, well known local shipbuilder during the 1800s to early 1900s.
Due to the present heat wave, Kids Pirate Day, scheduled for this Thursday, has been canceled.
Young Pirates are encouraged to sign up for the next Kids Pirate Day, scheduled for July 13.
