The event, presented by the G. Ray Bodley High School Counseling Office, will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. May 24 in the high school auditorium.
SUNY Oswego will welcome the newest class transitioning to its alumni family at the Commencement Eve Torchlight Dinner and Ceremony May 13, in the Marano Campus Center. The dinner will begin at 7 p.m., and writing and theater alumna Dresden Engle of the class of 1988 will deliver the keynote address.
UPDATE: Today (May 4), State Police arrested Glenda L. Rosario, 36, of Syracuse, and charged her with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th Degree, a class “E” felony, and Identity Theft in the 3rd Degree, a class “A” misdemeanor.
The New York State Police was looking for assistance in attempting to identify the female subject involved in the theft and usage of a benefits card.
The First United Methodist Church of Fulton is looking for participants in its seventh annual golf tournament. The tournament will be held on August 27 at the Emerald Crest Golf Course, located at 3989 State Route 3, Fulton.
After a successful four-year stint playing on the Hannibal High School girls’ varsity soccer team, senior Kassi Jones recently signed a letter of intent to attend LeMoyne College, where she will pursue a degree in accounting.

SUNY Oswego will hold three ceremonies to honor the class of 2016 at its 155th Commencement on May 14. Each ceremony will have its own featured speaker.
As part of a yearlong effort to pay tribute to injured servicemen and women, Phoenix students have raised $500 for the Wounded Warrior Project. Members of the John C. Birdlebough High School Student Council adopted the Wounded Warrior Project as its charitable cause for the year.
Fulton Rotary Club President Bridgette Seguin presented a $150 check to Brandi Durval, RN Unit Manager, and Sam Durval of Maintenance at Michaud Nursing Home.
