Police: Man Allegedly Kidnapped Oswego Woman

A 22-year-old female was allegedly kidnapped from her Oswego residence, police said Thursday. She was ultimately released by the suspect and was safe at the Webster Police Department. The suspect, Scott C. Furey, is currently being held at Owego County Jail.
