The Oswego City Police Department has made another arrest as a result of the search warrant executed March 4 at 8 Niagara St., which also included “The Pet Store,” 388 W. First St. On March 21, at 1:15 p.m., James W. Libbey-Stone, 23, of 34 E. Albany St., Oswego, was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony.
On Aug. 15, at about 4:46 a.m., Oswego Police responded to a burglary in progress call at an East Seventh Street address in which the suspect was being chased from the scene by civilians. Upon arrival, police located the suspect who had fallen and injured his leg.
At approximately 4:03 p.m. Thursday, members of the Oswego City Police Department, assisted by the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, arrested Lyle L. Boatman, 45, of 20 Airport Road, Fulton, for allegedly possessing and selling an undisclosed amount of crack cocaine. […]
