‘A Country Christmas’ was highlighted by open houses showcasing sales for the Christmas season, music by a brass band, the annual tree lighting in the village square and of course a visit by Santa Claus.
The birds ‘n bloom quilt was donated to Our Lady of the Rosary Church in Hannibal. It will be raffled off on Nov. 21.
Donna M. McFarland, 52, of Hannibal died Thursday surrounded by her family after losing her battle with breast cancer.
Erwin “Pete†Earle, 86, of Hannibal died Thursday.
2010 is the 100th anniversary of Boy Scouting in the USA. Hannibal Troop 780 visited Washington, DC and the National Jamboree at Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia in recognition of the 100th anniversary.
At Thursday’s meeting, Donna and Ron James told the Oswego Sunrise Rotary Club about their farm. Donna and Ron run Enchantment Acres Flower Farm, located on Old Route 3, Hannibal.
Louis E. Wallace, Jr., 69, of Hannibal passed away Monday at home.
James A. Marra, 64; of Hannibal died at University Hospital, Syracuse.
Joan F. Terpening, 47, of South Hannibal died Wednesday at University Hospital.
