Oswego River Hawks Open Second Season This Weekend

The Oswego River Hawks’ second edition rolls out this Saturday in Utica as they take on both the Utica Yeti and the Collar City Kings at the newly opened Nexus Center. The exhibition game versus the Yeti is scheduled for a 10:00 a.m. face-off, followed later by a 1:00 p.m. contest against the Kings, who are based out of Troy, NY.

The Art Association Of Oswego Announces Opening Of New Exhibit: ‘The Tyler Wayback Machine’

The Art Association of Oswego announces the opening of a new exhibition, The Tyler Wayback Machine. The exhibition will showcase artwork from SUNY Oswego alumni, focusing on students from the 1970s and 80s and including some more recent graduates as well. There will also be a special section of the exhibit dedicated to the professors and graduate students from that era, some of whom are no longer with us.

Laura Lamb Of Oswego Among University Of Scranton Graduate Class Of 2023

Laura B. Lamb of Oswego was among the more than 500 graduates who earned master’s and doctoral degrees at The University of Scranton. Degrees were presented at its graduate commencement ceremony on May 21 at the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza, Wilkes-Barre. Degrees were conferred to graduates who had completed their academic degree requirements in August and December of 2022, as well as January and May of 2023.
