The benefit of additional state aid for the Universal Pre-Kindergarten program in Fulton may soon be lost if the district doesn’t receive a few more students. The district has to enroll 162 students by Oct. 1 or cut a refund check to the state for a portion of state aid money received for the 2008-09 school year. Through the efforts of the Fulton Community Development Agency, more than two dozen families in the city of Fulton will receive assistance for home repairs. The CDA recently learned that its application for $450,000 in funding for the HOME Program was successful.
