Local Support Helps Bring ‘Teacher Who Couldn’t Read’ To Celebrate Literacy Volunteers’ 25th Anniversary

Shown is renowned author and national literacy advocate, John Corcoran, who will be the keynote speaker at Literacy Volunteers of Oswego County’s (LVOC) 25th Anniversary Celebration.
