Parolee Charged With Sexual Abuse, Endangerment
A local parolee was arrested Tuesday in connection with allegations that he had sexual contact with a child in the presence of another. Kevin T. Green, 35, of Russell Road, building # 310, Fulton, is now facing charges of first-degree sex abuse, a class-D felony, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He is being held at the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail.

Former Council President Pleads Guilty To Misdemeanor
Standing in the same room where he once served as president of the Fulton Common Council, Kenneth Myers stood quietly Tuesday morning as he listened to the details of a plea agreement that was worked out to satisfy charges that were brought against him in January. Myers pleaded guilty to attempted obstruction of governmental administration. His sentencing is slated for Aug. 4.
