On Wednesday, at approximately 6:09 a.m., the Oswego City Police Department Anti Crime Team, with the assistance of agents from the United States Border Patrol, executed a narcotics related search warrant at the residence of a Scriba man. On Aug. 29, they arrested a Fulton man on drug charges as well.
Oswego Man Facing Felony Drug Charges
At approximately 5:10 p.m. on Aug. 22, as a result of ongoing investigations into illegal drug activity, members of the Oswego City Police Department Anti-Crime Team executed a search warrant at 2 Catherine St., the residence of 45-year-old Norman M. Holliday.
Oswego Man Facing Rape Charge
Police located the suspect in a Mexico motel room along with the victim. Further investigation determined that at approximately 3:56 a.m. on Friday, he had arrived at the victim’s residence in the city of Oswego, where he had engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim by forcible compulsion.
Oswego Police Make Arrest In Robbery Investigation
On Aug. 14, at about 3:42 a.m., Oswego Police responded to robbery which had been reported on East Bridge Street in the area of East Third Street. A suspect was arrested Friday.
Oswego Man Charged With Rape
The victim accepted a ride from a man that she had just met. He was supposed to take her home, but allegedly took her to a secluded area and sexually assaulted her.
Oswego Pair facing Drug Charges
At approximately 7 p.m. Thursday, as a result of ongoing investigations into illegal drug activity, members of the Oswego City Police Department Criminal Investigations Division stopped a green Jeep motor vehicle in the area of East Ninth Street and East Bridge Street.
Additional Charges In Cemetery Burglary Case
The City of Oswego Police Department has filed additional charges against David J. Spedding. He’s been charged in connection with burglaries at a local cemetery.
