To do that, a resolution has been presented, asking the state to tap the funding that is already collected through a Wireless Communications Service surcharge that the state imposes on cellular telephone bills.

Clock Ticking On County Budget

A month remains before Oswego County lawmakers are required to seal a budget for the coming year. Before that happens, the public and the Legislature will have their say on the plan. The county will host its annual public hearing on the budget Dec. 11 at 2 p.m. After the hearing, the Legislature will have an opportunity to debate potential changes to the spending plan.

Holiday Shopping Helps Send Local Girls To Revolve Tour

With the holiday shopping season coming in quickly girls from REVOLVE will be offering babysitter services. They will begin on BLACK FRIDAY. Girls will be available to baby sit Friday November 28, 2008 and every Saturday November 29th – December 20th. Girls will be at the Fulton First United Methodist Church located across from the Jr High. hours are 9:00 AM -3:00 PM, all children must be picked up by 3:00 PM.
