EEE Virus Found In Palermo, Virus Still Active In Oswego County

The Oswego County Health Department announced today that the Eastern equine encephalitis virus (EEEV) was detected in mosquitoes at a sampling site in the Town of Palermo. This is the first time this year the virus was found at the Palermo location.
