A Fulton Police Department vehicle was involved in a crash with a car driven by a man police say was drunk and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
Fulton Police allege that officer Jeremy Algarin was driving along S. Fourth St. at about 9:12 p.m. Thursday when his car was hit by a vehicle driven by Peter Wahlstrom of Fulton.
Police continue to investigate the deaths of an East Seventh Street couple. One death has been determined to be a homicide, according to city police. The exact cause of the other death has yet to be determined. However, police don’t believe a third party was involved.
UPDATE – BREAKING NEWS: The couple, 89-year-old Richard Hyse and his wife, 86-year-old Josephine Hyse. was discovered at approximately 6:30 p.m. Monday in their East Seventh Street residence.
Two east side residents are facing felony drug charges. During the search, investigators seized approximately 13.5 grams of cocaine, an undisclosed amount of cash, and an apparent stun gun disguised as a cell phone.
BREAKING NEWS: The two have been arrested in connection with two of the four recent bomb threats at Oswego middle and high school. Authorities believe they acted separately. They are still seeking suspects in the other two threats.
